Experience is the basis of our consulting services

Who are we?

We are the brothers Uwe und Robert Menger who founded the Menger Engineering GmbH in April 2012. Many years before that, the industry had become a familiar environment for us through projects in the redocumentation of large power plants and in the collection of master data for plant management and maintenance systems.

Our father, with his 20 years of experience in the industry, has made a significant contribution to building up our outstanding know-how in the field of industrial and power generation plants.

Since 2018, Christoph Funken has been reinforcing us with his top-class expertise in the field of technology.

Today we bundle an integrated plant management from A to Z under the umbrella of the Menger Group. Our customers receive everything from our self-developed plant management software to the detailed optimization of their process flows from a single source.

What drives us?

We are often asked why we decided to go into this allegedly dry field of document management and technical system documentation. Our answer is always the same: Our work is diversified, incredibly fascinating and extremely rewarding.

When we leave a plant at the end of a project we have that satisfying feeling of having straightened up things, because we haven’t just sorted out the mess in documents, in folders or on servers.

At the end of the day we have also ensured relief, safety and peace of mind for those that require an orderly system documentation to go about their work and for those who are responsible for secure plant operation.

A compliment that we often hear is: „We can enjoy our work again now.“ It is moments such as these that drive us.

Examined quality

We keep an ISO 9001-compliant quality management system in place to satisfy our own quality standards.

In this system, we optimize every step, in order to keep workers happy and deliver the greatest outcomes to our clients.

Our quality management system has been independently verified to satisfy ISO 9001 criteria.

But for us, quality management is more than just a seal of approval: the ongoing development of our procedures directly affects the effectiveness and caliber of our goods and services.
